Sharon Day, B.Sc. Psych., B.H.Sc., P.T.

Sharon is a Licensed Physical Therapist with a Science Degree in Cognitive Psychology and a Health Sciences Degree in Physical Therapy both from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.  Sharon specialized in Neurology during her Physical Therapy training. She is a certified Neurofeedback therapist through Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA). She’s also trained to do Quantitative EEG brain maps.

Sharon has experience working with folks throughout the lifespan from babies to 104 year old.  And she has worked in various clinical and educational settings including child development centers, preschools, elementary schools, inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics and home care.

Sharon’s expertise involves bringing the latest research to the clinic for enhanced therapy.  Her special interests include combining  biofeedback, neurofeedback, physical therapy and knowledge of brain physiology, especially executive brain functions,  to optimize high performance for students, athletes or anyone requiring high performance in their profession or  life.  This includes working with people with ADHD, Executive Function difficulties, balance problems, Parkinson’s, Tinnitus, Stroke and other neurological impairments.
